Recommended Homeschool Supplies
I often recommend products during my homeschool evaluations and curriculum consultations that I have found particularly useful in my own homeschooling and teaching. I’ve gathered them here, and grouped them by recommended age group and grade level. This page contains affiliate links to Amazon, which provides me with a small compensation with each purchase, but of course feel free to get your materials wherever you’d like.

These measuring cups are a great way to introduce fractions! They are wonderfully tactile, and are a great way to start thinking about equivalent fractions. There is also a teaspoon set.
These early readers would be appropriate for a child in first or second grade. Each level is very well done, and scaled gently.
This thermometer clings on to your window, and is very easy for little ones to read. It pairs very nicely with the wooden calendar.
I love this series of cookbooks. It would be perfect for an emerging reader who loves to cook! The recipes have a kid page that has excellent illustrations, and an easy-to-read caption for each stage of the directions, as well as an adult page with the full recipe.
